- Worked a position at Splunk on the Cloud Access team, starting out in a support role, moving to the Engineering team within the first six months of my contract
- Served as Subject Matter Expert for Okta Advanced Server Access, and developed much of our internal runbooks and documentation
- Worked on FedRAMP IL2 and IL5 environments. Evaluated, planned, and ported improvements and features from standard environment to elevated ones
- Developed around Okta products, including the core Identity Engine, Universal Directory, and Life Cycle Management
- Deployed applications on Kubernetes and AWS Lambda using Infrastructure as Code frameworks
- Assisted internal customers with their access needs via Jira and Slack
